Enterprise Client

Fixed: QA Auditing incorrect scribe when report was edited by site user

On rare occasions, the wrong scribe was attributed to the QA feedback score.

This occurred when the report originated from a voice draft and was later edited by a site user in site review.

Fixed: Voice Client not flashing when job is HIGH priority

Voice client flashes briefly when a job of STAT priority is received in queue. However HIGH priority jobs did not flash and was treated like a NORMAL priority job.

Workflow Server

Fixed:  MPI lookup in Master Search returns prod and test records

In a site record, on the MPI tab, if the Facility code field is left blank, doing a MPI lookup from a Master Search will return all production and test MPI records.

If you want the Master Search to only return production records, you can set the Facility code field to ‘NULL’.

The word NULL will now show in the Facility Code field when you perform a Master Search.

This will return all records from the MPI database with an blank value in the facility field.

If you want the Master Search to return records from all facilities, you can simply remove NULL from the Facility Code field.
