Enterprise Client Fixed: Management Report - Jobs Received by Doctor (V008S)Fixed issues when matching doctor names were incorrectly group/sorted. Fixed: Management Report - Completed Jobs (V001)Adjusted column width for scribe code to accommodate a max of 8 characters instead of 6. Fixed: Issues jump markers and signature blocksWhen displaying documents created in older versions of SpeechMotion, in rare cases Jump Markers and Signature Blocks were displayed incorrectly. Changed: Updates to the distribution manager header panelAdditional fields and a new layout to the heading above the grid. Added: Form maintenance blank line optionsAdded a new Form parameter that will remove any blank lines at the top of a document when the document is saved in the SpeechMotion editor. The new parameter is found on the Misc tab in Forms File Maintenance. It is under the ‘SpeechMotion Editor Options’ section and is called ‘On Save, remove blank lines from top’. The default is N. When set to Y, any blank lines at the top of a document in the SpeechMotion editor will be removed when the document is saved. The purpose of this new parameter is to allow for consistent spacing between headers or body header templates and the body of a document when the document is viewed or distributed.
Workflow Server Fixed: Blank lines at top of documentFixed various issues causing blank lines placed at the top of the document. Fixed: Issues converting documents with images to HL7 outputsImage data was incorrectly coded when outputting to device HL7_RTF. Fixed: Orphans and numbered listsFixed an issue with Orphan Control in a numbered list where a tab was being inserted at the beginning of a paragraph when it should not be inserting the tab. Changed: Improved handling of indents on HL7 outputsChanged the way that indents are handled when converting RTF to Text such as in a HL7 report output. Previously, indents were not always proportionally in the same place in the text file as they were in the RTF file. For example, an indent set at 3.25 inches in the RTF file would result in the text in the Text file starting at the 39th character instead of the 32nd or 33rd character. Indents in the Text file will now be proportional to where they are set in the RTF file. Also, changed the way that hanging indents are converted when converting RTF to Text. This would typically be with numbered lists. In the Text output, there will be at least four characters from where the number is to where the text starts on a line. This will result in the number, a period, two spaces, and then the text when the number is a single digit number or the number, a period, one space, and then the text when the number is a double digit number. This will result in better vertical alignment of the text of the lines in a numbered list in a Text file. This update also include a minor fix for Orphan Control when the lines above the signature block have a hanging indent.
Added: Multi-site HL7 feeds Can now support cases where a client sends HL7 ADT that needs to populate separate sites’ MPI tables in SpeechMotion from one HL7 feed. Each HL7 message will be evaluated and populate the MPI table for site A or site B or site C, etc. This enhancement require an updated Gateway Services installation.
