There are few hardware requirements to install the ChartNet Client Console. The following lists contains the preferred hardware components for machines on which the ChartNet Client Console will be installed.

| • | 1 GHz (or higher) CPU |
| • | 512 MB Memory |
| • | 2 GB Free disk space |
| • | 800 x 600 minimum video resolution |
| • | DSL/Cable Modem |
| • | USB Footpedal (optional) |
| • | Sound card (for audio playback) |
| • | Headset (for audio playback) |
Operating System |
The ChartNet Client Console may be installed on Microsoft Windows 2000, XP or Vista.
Before installing ChartNet on Vista, you must turn off 'user account control.'
